To increase the efficiency of Mogul lines, we work on maximizing the total candy weight per starch tray. We target a weight of at least 1200 g/tray for standard tray sizes (400*820mm) and at least 1800 g/tray for jumbo trays (400*1200mm). In doing so, we take into account factors like line working quality, cooking capacity, and operator proficiency.
