Production Process

We first collect detailed information from the customer regarding the desired product. This may include an idea, image, sketch, 3D drawing, confectionery sample, or mould sample.

If there is a sample, it is scanned using 3D scanners. If there is no sample, our expert team creates a 3D drawing.

When designing the mould, we ensure compatibility with the customer's existing nozzle plate plans. If this is an efficiency study, we also design a new nozzle plan.

Upon request, plaster samples are sent to the customer for approval before final production.

Once approved, the production begins:

  • First, the mould board is CNC machined.
  • Then the moulds are machined.
  • A special non-stick coating is applied.
  • Finally, the assembly is completed.

For shipment, custom wooden crates are made in-house to ensure your products are securely packed.

Unless otherwise requested by the customer, deliveries are organized from door to door, with top carriers like DHL or Turkish Cargo ensuring smooth and safe transportation.
